There are THREE LINKS to fill out (PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY):

1. Please fill out the intake form to get started-ENTER PREPARER NAME AND EMAIL WCFSintake@gmail.com
2. Because you might qualify for the Earned Income Credit please fill out the EIC Verification form.
3. Because you might have a 1099-MISC, have self-employment income, business taxes, or might have earned cash income, please fill out the Schedule C Verification Form.

NEXT STEPS

1. You will receive access to your Secure Portal via Text/Email.
2. You will receive a consent form to complete.
3. You will receive a secure link via text and email to upload your documents.
4. You will receive an invite to review your FREE Quote.
