Basic: Starting at $125/month

Prices listed are Starting Prices. Prices may increase due to size of business

Ensuring Quickbooks is connected to your accounts for Recording Transaction

Journal Entries: Recording all financial transactions into the appropriate accounts.

  • Sales and Purchases: Documenting income from sales and expenses from purchases.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Account Reconciliation: Matching your business's bank statements with your own records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.this item

Financial Statements:

  • Annual Reports: Preparing basic financial statements like the profit and loss statement
  • Expense Reports: Generating reports to track and analyze expenses.

We will not perform audits with the Basic Package. It is up to you to use your business account for business spending and personal account for personal spending)

Everything in the Basic Package PLUS

Expense Tracking:

  • Expense Reports: Recording and categorizing business expenses.
  • Receipts Management: Automatically assist with Keeping track of receipts and supporting documents for tax purposes with a snapshot tool.

Financial Statements:

  • Quarterly Reports: Preparing basic financial statements like the profit and loss statement
  • Expense Reports: Generating reports to track and analyze expenses.

Payroll Processing (if applicable)

  • Contractor/ Vendor/ Employee Payments: Calculating and processing payroll, including wages, deductions, and taxes (1 per month- Addt'l payments $35 per person per cycle)
  • Payroll Tax Filings: Ensuring timely filing of payroll taxes and reports (only for those paid above. Addt'l Filings $25 per person)

Invoice Preparations

  • Prepare and Issue Invoices for Payments from Vendors or Others for Official Record Keeping (Up to 5 per month. Addt'l Invoices $15 each)


Platinum: Starting at $400/month

Everything in the Basic AND Select Package PLUS

Accounts Payable:

  • Tracking Bills: Recording and managing unpaid bills or invoices.
  • Payments: Ensuring timely payment of bills to suppliers and vendors.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Invoicing: Generating and sending invoices to clients or customers.
  • Tracking Receipts: Monitoring incoming payments and managing overdue accounts.

Financial Statements:

  • Monthly Reports: Preparing basic financial statements like the profit and loss statement
  • Expense Reports: Generating reports to track and analyze expenses.

Payroll Processing (if applicable):

  • Contractor/ Vendor/ Employee Payments: Calculating and processing payroll, including wages, deductions, and taxes (3 per month- Addt'l payments $35 per person per cycle)
  • Payroll Tax Filings: Ensuring timely filing of payroll taxes and reports (only for those paid above. Addt'l Filings $25 per person)

General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Updating Ledgers: Keeping the general ledger up-to-date with all financial transactions.

Tax Preparation Assistance:

  • Record Keeping: Organizing financial records and documents for tax preparation.
  • Providing Information: Assisting with information needed for tax returns, though detailed tax planning and filing might be handled by a tax professional.
  • $200 discount off Annual Business Tax Preparation

Data Entry and Management:

  • Software Use: Inputting data into accounting software or spreadsheets and ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.

*Starting prices based on Single Member LLC. Multi Member LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, and Non-Profit will have additional costs.
